Dear Conservatory of Fine Arts Families,
Online raffle ticket sales for our “Gift Card Giving Trees” are open! Please see the attached file to view the trees and gift card descriptions.
What is a “Gift Card Giving Tree”?
We are raffling off two (2) decorative LED tabletop “Gift Card Giving Trees”, each adorned withover $200 worth of gift cards in various denominations to some of your favorite stores and restaurants. For each separate raffle, you win both the tree and the gift cards that are attached!
How much are raffle tickets?
Raffle tickets are 1 ticket for $5, or 5 tickets for $20.
How do I buy raffle tickets?
Online:
- PayPal – Simply log onto FOVA.org, go the ‘Donate’ tab, and click on the PayPal ‘Donate Now’ button.
- *Please be sure to include your name and indicate which tree you would like your tickets to go toward.
- Venmo – Simply log onto FOVA.org, go to the ‘Donate’ tab, and either click on the Venmo QR code or search Venmo using: @FOVAfaq-ParentVolunteer
- *Please be sure to include your name and indicate which tree you would like your tickets to go toward.
In-Person:
- We will be displaying the trees on campus during class this Saturday, February 10th and Saturday, February 24th. These are the only opportunities to purchase tickets in person.
What is the window of time to purchase my online raffle tickets?
You have from today, February 6th through 5pm on Friday, February 23rd to purchase raffle tickets online via PayPal or Venmo.
When will the winners be selected? Do I need to be there to win?
We will publicly draw the winners for each tree, on-site, at the Conservatory on the morning of Saturday, February 24th. We will record the drawing. You do not need to be present to win. We will notify everyone of the winners.
